For the last four hundred years the belief has been that we all will die with the exact same brain we had when we were born. Recently researchers have proven that neurons can be developed and we can keep our brains smart and also improve on our abilities.
Daniel Amen and many other neuropsychiatric specialist have given graphic ways to train brains and better our lives at the same time. The brain reacts positively to new challenges but will not grow if the challenge itself is repeated often. To connect the neurons training must be innovative and relatively new.
In our office we train brains daily and have seen remarkable results. Memory improves, abstract thinking is more useful and readily available. PTSD is helped by training the brain to replace “triggers” with positive thoughts and learning disorders make progress academically.
This new approach to mental ability and mental training is exciting and may someday change the way we look at degenerative diseases of the brain. At present we are working with individuals who feel they are at risk for brain difficulties. The outcomes are exciting !
Science is growing in many areas daily and it is extremely exciting to be involved with making brains better. Contact us if we can help, we are here with many ideas and useful approaches.
